Bob Waggoner is an experienced general management consultant and former business executive who works with companies to improve the alignment of their organizational structures and processes to their business strategies. He engages at all levels of the client organization – from problem solving and solution design at the executive level to managing execution and change through each tier of management. His deep knowledge of organization design and strategy allow him to engage organizations in very innovative, yet practical solutions to business problems.

In addition, Bob works with Sales and Marketing to assess an organization’s “approach to market” and develops effective sales strategies to achieve optimum sales success, including work on sales process, sales tools, and incentives.

Bob has had an extensive career in consulting and management. For over 20 years he was a consultant and Partner at Deloitte & Touche, Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), and Sibson & Company where he played leadership roles in each firm’s Organizational Performance Practice. He has also held a senior sales and marketing position in the outsourcing industry.

Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University, and MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He serves as an adjunct instructor for West Virginia University’s Executive Education Business Program. He holds designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
