George has held senior positions at several premier consultancies including Mercer Management Consulting (Mercer Delta), Heidrick & Struggles, IBM Global Services and The Hay Group. His clients have included Fortune 500 financial, technology, media, and pharmaceutical companies as well as start-ups, major non-profits and the U.S. military. His international experience includes internal advisory roles to the executive leadership of prominent Japanese and Swiss enterprises.
