George Manderlink focuses on organization and culture change with an emphasis on executive talent management, individual leadership and senior team effectiveness. In his 20+ years of consulting he has helped a diverse set of clients derive the talent implications of business strategies and then develop new human capital programs to ensure successful strategy implementation. In developing solutions for clients he has applied his deep expertise in leadership assessment, competency modeling, 360 feedback systems, executive coaching and the design of leadership development programs. George has held senior positions at several premier consultancies including Mercer Management Consulting (Mercer Delta), Heidrick & Struggles, IBM Global Services and The Hay Group. His clients have included Fortune 500 financial, technology, media, and pharmaceutical companies as well as start-ups, major non-profits and the U.S. military. His international experience includes internal advisory roles to the executive leadership of prominent Japanese and Swiss enterprises.
